About Me

I'm a second year Engineering student at Cambridge University in the UK. In my spare time I do extensive theatre work - randing from working on maintaince and installation work to theatres, to touring shows, to one-off events. Predominantly, I do production management, set building and sound design, with the occasional forray in to Lighting and other areas of the theatre. I also have a keen interest in wine and cocktails, and a passion for reading and sailing.

I spend a lot of time on the road - often with shows, giving me the opportunity to take photos over a large area - for example in 2005 I spent January through March, May, June, October and November in Cambridge, April in Cobham, Surrey, July chasing around the country, August in Edinburgh, September in Cornwall and December on a European theatre tour.

My tools of the trade are a Canon EOS 30D with a selection of lenses and filters; and a Fuji FinePix s7000z with some aditional lenses. For the panoramas, I use Panorama Tools and PTgui, along with photoshop, to stich them together.

My photos have been recently published in Cambridge Explorer, Cambridge Evening News, used in posters for productions in Cambirgde (for example Touch, Marry me a Little, South Pacific and Closer at the ADC Theare), and have recently been exhibited in the ADC Theatre bar.
